Un-learning and re-teaching sleep skills or any other kind of supportive learning is not necessarily going to be a quiet affair but under my watchful guidance, I strive to make sure it is one built truly on understanding your child.
My personal style has been honed over the years, having gained essential hands on experience from working with so many families.
My ears become finely tuned to your baby’s own personal sleep style which I will teach you during our coaching sessions.
I strive to provide your family support in learning how to understand your little one’s sleep rhythms, showing you how to respect these at the crucial falling asleep moments.
I will also incorporate any Baby Listening™ techniques with you should I still hear your baby talking & using it past that 4th month, helping you further harness secure attachment parenting principals and allowing your baby to lead you all the way.
Mistakes come and go, but this is how humans learn best and when turning these mistakes into positive experiences for the entire family, the learning experience is empowered with love.
I will never let you leave your baby to cry it out alone or suggest you drop your toddler’s nap earlier than age appropriate as a means to eradicate the challenging behaviours.
These one-size-fits all methods or a quick-fix solution are not something that I specialize in.
You will learn long term solutions with me that will bring you healthy (and happy!) sleep for years, rather than months.
